Description

GlobalLogic looking for a graduate in Finance, Risk Management, Computer Science, or a related field with 4+ years of experience in fraud detection, risk management, or compliance. The ideal candidate should understand fraud patterns (ATOs, chargebacks, spoofed domains), have familiarity with KYB/KYC, and possess strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills. Experience with tools like Salesforce or Jira and basic Excel proficiency are preferred.

Requirements

• Minimum 4+ years of relevant experience in fraud detection, risk management, or compliance roles.
• Basic understanding of fraud patterns such as ATOs, chargebacks, spoofed domains, and payment anomalies.
• Familiarity with KYB/KYC processes and onboarding compliance is preferred.
• Working knowledge of tools such as Salesforce, Jira, or similar CRM/fraud investigation platforms is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; knowledge of SQL or data visualization tools is an added advantage.
• Excellent written and verbal skills to include coaching and interpersonal skills.
• Must possess any graduation degree (Must have Provisional Certificate & Consolidated Marks Memo)
• Must be willing to work from office & in rotational shifts (5 Working Days & 2 Week Offs)

Job responsibilities

• Assist in investigating fraud patterns, including Account Takeovers (ATOs), fake employee or company setups, suspicious domains, and payment anomalies such as chargebacks and voucher abuse.
• Support KYB/KYC verification processes for onboarding businesses globally to ensure legitimacy and compliance.
• Perform root cause analysis and impact assessments on high-risk cases in collaboration with senior team members.
• Monitor trends related to device changes, dormant accounts, and suspicious payment behavior using fraud detection tools and internal systems such as Jira and Salesforce.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including compliance, legal, and domain hosting experts, to resolve fraud cases effectively.
• Document case details accurately and maintain up-to-date records in internal tracking tools.
• Contribute to the updating and improvement of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and risk-handling guidelines.
• Support the development of reports and dashboards to communicate fraud insights and trends to stakeholders.
