Description

GlobalLogic looking for a detail-oriented and analytical professional with strong French and English communication skills to join our Geo Localization team. The role involves content handling, data analysis, and contributing to the enhancement of map data quality.

Requirements

• French B1 or B2 certification who are graduates from a reputed institute and possess excellent
written and verbal communication skills in both French and English.
• Strong internet research capabilities with creative problem-solving and analytical thinking skills
• Excellent written and verbal skills to include coaching and interpersonal skills.
• Must possess any graduation degree (Must have Provisional Certificate & Consolidated Marks
Memo)
• Must be willing to work from office & in rotational shifts (5 Working Days & 2 Week Offs)
• Must be ready to join immediately

Job responsibilities

• Review, analyze, and manage content with high accuracy, applying strong judgment and
decision-making
• Quickly learn and adapt to new concepts, handling large volumes of work with strong attention
to detail
• Create structured problem–solution reports and interpret customer feedback to drive
satisfaction improvements
• Communicate effectively via email and verbal channels while actively participating in team
discussions and project forums
• Meet SLAs with high productivity and quality, ensuring timely and efficient task delivery
• Optimize processes, provide continuous feedback on tools/workflows, troubleshoot basic
technical issues, and collaborate as a solution-oriented team player
