Description

GlobalLogic looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Associate Lead to manage a team of 25+ members and ensure consistent delivery of high-quality outcomes in line with client-defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs). The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership, analytical, and interpersonal skills to drive team performance, ensure process excellence, and foster a positive, high-energy work environment.

Requirements

• Experienced in Roads Navigation and GIS mapping, including lane guidance and lane-level mapping for accurate navigation systems.
• Hands-on expertise in creating, editing, modifying, and deleting road networks, ensuring high-quality map data for navigation platforms.
• Managed and led a team of 25+ members in lane mapping projects, ensuring smooth operations and delivery within defined timelines.
• Delivered results aligned with key business metrics including SLA, TAT, ETA targets, productivity, quality, shrinkage, and attrition control.
• Conducted performance assessments, evaluations, and regular reviews to drive individual and team improvements.
• Strong experience in People, Process, Project, and Performance Management, ensuring end-to-end operational efficiency.
• Maintained effective client communication, ensuring clarity on requirements, updates, and issue resolution.
• Created and maintained project documentation, reports, and process guidelines for operational consistency.
• Performed risk assessment to identify potential challenges and implemented mitigation strategies proactively.
• Acted as a mentor and coach, training team members on GIS concepts, lane mapping standards, and quality expectations.

Job responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of 25+ associates, ensuring adherence to SLAs, quality benchmarks, and productivity targets.
• Experienced in GIS lane-level mapping and road network data.
• Conduct daily team briefings, status meetings, and communicate new product updates, policy changes, and procedural improvements.
• Monitor and manage associate escalations, providing timely coaching and constructive feedback to enhance individual and team performance.
• Conduct 1-on-1 sessions with team members to discuss performance metrics, career aspirations, and feedback.
• Facilitate quarterly and self-appraisals, using stack ranking and defined KPIs for fair and transparent evaluations.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the team to improve overall efficiency and output.
• Deliver all process SLAs, including Quality, Productivity, Production, Shrinkage, TAT, and Tool Utilization metrics.
• Maintain, monitor, and review daily process reports and dashboards for accurate tracking and reporting.
• Assign, track, and prioritize daily tasks across the team based on operational needs and business priorities.
• Identify potential process bottlenecks and work collaboratively with stakeholders to develop effective solutions.
  Perform quality audits, identify gaps, and provide actionable quality feedback to the team.
• Serve as the point of contact for cross-functional coordination and client communication.
• Ensure seamless information flow within the team and maintain consistent alignment with leadership and client expectations.
