Requirements

• Must be product-oriented with a strong understanding of user and process workflows
• Strong analytical, logical reasoning, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work collaboratively within a diverse, cross-functional team
• Proactive mindset with the ability to identify trends, propose solutions, and drive process improvements
• Educational background in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical fields (preferred for technical project managers)
• Proven working experience in the information technology sector
• Excellent client-facing and internal communication abilities
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail and the ability to multi-task
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
• Demonstrated experience as a team leader or supervisor
• In-depth knowledge of performance metrics and evaluation methods
• Strong organizational, time-management, and decision-making skills

Job responsibilities

• Manage multiple projects in close collaboration with product managers
• Develop and maintain SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) for each project
• Work independently or collaboratively with the team as required
• Foster an inspiring team environment that supports open communication
• Set clear and achievable team goals aligned with project objectives
• Delegate tasks effectively and establish project deadlines
• Oversee daily team operations to ensure smooth workflow
• Monitor team performance and report on key metrics
• Identify training needs and provide coaching to enhance team capabilities
• Plan, suggest, and organize team-building activities to strengthen team cohesion
