Frontend Developer – StencilJS (Micro Frontends) IRC287231

Description

We are looking for a Frontend Developer with strong experience in StencilJS to work on modernizing the TCM Collateral user interface. The role focuses on building micro frontends for the Condor Vision UI, integrating with backend services using modern API patterns, and supporting real-time data-driven workflows.

This role is critical to client’s strategy of transitioning from legacy UI implementations to web-based, component-driven micro frontends.

Requirements

Mandatory Skills (Must Have)
StencilJS (mandatory)
TypeScript
HTML5 / CSS3
Experience with Micro Frontend architecture
Strong understanding of REST APIs
Experience integrating with GraphQL
Familiarity with Publish–Subscribe patterns for UI communication

Good to Have
Experience working with OpenFin
Knowledge of Server-Sent Events (SSE)
Understanding of OIDC / SSO-based authentication
Exposure to Kubernetes-based deployments
Familiarity with financial or trading systems (BFS domain)

Job responsibilities

Design and develop micro frontend components using StencilJS and TypeScript
Build reusable, standards-compliant Web Components
Integrate frontend applications with backend services using:
 >REST APIs
 >GraphQL (including real-time updates via Server-Sent Events)
Implement BFF (Backend-for-Frontend) interaction patterns
Participate in UI modernization using the Strangler Pattern
Ensure seamless integration with the existing OpenFin-based desktop platform
Collaborate closely with backend, architecture, and UX teams
Ensure performance, accessibility, and cross-browser compatibility
Contribute to API contracts, UI event models, and publish–subscribe communication patterns
