Description

As a Global Delivery Partner based in our London office, you will be the senior delivery leader responsible for the holistic success and execution of a strategic client portfolio. You will operate in a seamless “two-in-a-box” partnership with the Global Sales Lead/Client Partner and an offshore Engineering leader, who is responsible for the delivery organisation and its operational excellence.
Your role is to act as a trusted delivery partner to senior client executives on all aspects of delivery. You will focus on strengthening client relationships through delivery excellence, ensuring the client’s vision is translated into tangible business outcomes delivered by a globally distributed team.

Requirements

  • Develop a deep understanding of the client’s business strategy and priorities to ensure alignment of operational goals.
  • Act as the primary delivery point of escalation for the client, managing senior stakeholders and navigating complex multi-vendor environments.
  • Become a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders by ensuring the highest quality of engagement and providing the best delivery outcomes for the client.
  • Work in partnership with the Client Partner for supporting growth objectives
  • Take ultimate accountability for global delivery execution and assurance, ensuring successful delivery across the entire portfolio.
  • Provide strategic oversight for large-scale digital transformation programs, acting as the central point for coordination of activities across geos to ensure seamless collaboration.
  • Liaise with internal teams, including Product Team Leads to align on roadmaps, Global Expert Groups to leverage specialized knowledge, and the Transition Office to ensure smooth onboarding of new services.
  • Establish and manage a robust governance framework for the portfolio, tracking performance against all contractual obligations, KPIs, and SLAs.
  • Implement a proactive risk management framework to identify, assess, and mitigate risks to delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Drive Client Satisfaction by championing continuous improvement and presenting the value of productivity gains from automation and AI adoption.

Job responsibilities

  • 15+ years of experience in managing Digital Engineering or IT Consulting services for one or more global clients with distributed delivery.
  • You will have successfully led large, complex client portfolios supported by global teams in excess of 300 people.
  • Strong, demonstrable experience in multi-country client management.
  • Extensive experience overseeing complex transformation programs, including those with challenging knowledge transitions and incumbent vendors. Strong understanding of Organisational Change Management.
  • An expert in global delivery coordination and governance, with deep experience in financial, resource, and risk management.
  • Ability to grasp the “big picture” while also diving into details as required, allowing you to be relevant and credible with C-suite executives.
  • You are a highly motivated, professional, and collaborative self-starter with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, capable of influencing both clients and internal teams.
