The HR Business Partner acts as a strategic partner to business leaders, delivering comprehensive HR solutions that enhance organizational and people performance. This role is crucial for driving talent strategy, ensuring employee engagement, and fostering a positive, equitable, and inclusive work environment aligned with overall business objectives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Professional certification is mandatory (CIPD)
  • 5+ years of experience as an HR Business Partner or similar role.
  • Proven experience in strategic HR leadership, talent management, change management, and employee relations.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into strategic business recommendations.
  • Excellent communication, coaching, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Knowldege and understanding of employment laws and HR best practices.

Job responsibilities

Strategic Partnership & Advisory

  • Act as a strategic partner to business leaders, collaborating to deliver HR solutions that enhance people’s performance.
  • Provide advisory and training to the leadership team on HR practices, fostering an engaging work environment.
  • Lead strategies for talent retention, development, and engagement, ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Actively support and drive organizational change in complex environments, to track and mitigate risks.
  • Represent HR Business Partner functions at regional and country levels, delivering strategic information to enhance stakeholder alignment and collaboration.

Talent Management & Development

  • Collaborate with Centres of Excellence (CoEs) and other functions/teams to manage various initiatives, including but not limited to promotions, compensation, performance management, career development, and succession planning processes.
  • Conduct in-depth analyses and presentation of HR, delivery, and business metrics to provide strategic recommendations and systemic improvements (including but not limited to Attrition, Headcount, Engagement, Employee Risks, and any on-demand business metric needed to accompany leadership management).

Employee Relations & Engagement

  • Guide and coach leaders to manage employee relations issues effectively.
  • Drive diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) through company processes and policies.
  • Ensure smooth conflict resolution with a fair representation of all interests.

Lead and guide 1:1 meetings, townhalls, operation meetings, and orientation sessions, as needed, to promote engagement and positive knowledge transfer inside the scope.
