Requirements

Technical & Professional Skills:

• Solid understanding of system and software engineering architecture: concepts, principles, and best practices.
• Experience aligning technical design with architectural constraints.
• Proven track record producing technical documentation — requirements, specifications, engineering reports, plans, procedures.
• Hands-on experience with embedded devices: design, development, verification, documentation.
• Background in a regulated industry (e.g., medical devices, defense, automotive) is highly desirable.
• Strong experience with cloud platforms, especially AWS.
• Proven experience working with Generative AI (GenAI) technologies and frameworks.
• Demonstrated passion for learning and growing in GenAI — both personally and as part of a team.

• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
• Ability to explain complex technical topics clearly and simply — to clients, executives, and non-technical audiences.
• Perfectionist mindset: extreme attention to detail in all work.
• Highly proactive, self-motivated, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Entrepreneurial spirit: willing to wear many hats and pivot between tasks seamlessly.
• Willingness to travel for client workshops and industry events.

Job responsibilities

• Support R&D leadership in pre-sales, project enablement, and foundational research.
• Work closely with your manager — taking initiative, driving tasks forward, and learning continuously.
• Develop high-quality, client-ready assets: architectural diagrams, technical whitepapers, engineering plans, and polished presentations.
• Build Proof-of-Concepts (PoCs) from scratch — turning innovative ideas into working prototypes.
• Dive deep into the Automotive Embedded domain and master related technologies.
• Represent our R&D practice externally: attend industry conferences, lead workshops, and present to diverse audiences.
• Always strive for perfection: every deliverable should be polished, precise, and ready for presentation.
