Role Overview
We are seeking a highly experienced Solution Architect with strong expertise in Informatica-based core conversion engines and modern Java microservices architecture.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing scalable, secure, and high-performance enterprise solutions, providing technical leadership across teams, and ensuring best practices across the full application lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
Lead architecture design and solutioning for large-scale enterprise applications with a focus on core conversion platforms built on Informatica.
Define end-to-end technical architecture including data, application, integration, and deployment layers.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development teams on Java, Spring ecosystem, and microservices architecture.
Design and review RESTful APIs, event-driven integrations, and asynchronous processing.
Ensure adherence to coding standards, design patterns, security best practices, and performance benchmarks.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, DevOps, QA, and business stakeholders.
Participate in architecture reviews, technical decision-making, and risk mitigation.

Required Skills & Experience
12+ years of experience as an Architect in designing and delivering enterprise-scale solutions.
Strong hands-on expertise with Informatica (core conversion engines, integrations, data processing).
Extensive experience with Java 11/17 and the Spring ecosystem, including: Spring Boot , Spring Security , Spring Data / JPA , Spring Cloud
Strong proficiency in SQL and relational databases such as Oracle, PostgreSQL, MySQL, SQL Server.
Exposure to NoSQL databases (good to have).
Hands-on experience with Angular, TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
Strong understanding of REST APIs, JSON, and asynchronous communication patterns.
Experience with microservices architecture and event-driven systems (Kafka, RabbitMQ, etc.).
Solid knowledge of design patterns, architectural principles, and best practices.
Excellent debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Good to Have
