Are you a proactive engineer who enjoys architecting front‑ends as much as writing them, with strong React skills and leadership experience? We’d love to hear from you! We are looking for Lead React Engineer to spearhead the front-end of a modern CPQ web application in the HVAC domain. This is a hands‑on leadership role: you’ll write production‑quality code, shape scalable UI architecture, and collaborate directly with clients to ensure we deliver excellence.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of front‑end development experience, including at least 2 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong expertise in React and TypeScript, with solid understanding of modern front‑end architecture.
  • Experience working with component libraries (Storybook, Material UI, etc.) and building/maintaining design systems.
  • Familiarity with design tools like Figma or Zeplin.
  • Deep understanding of state management (Redux, Zustand, Jotai, etc.).
  • Solid skills in performance optimization: code splitting, lazy loading, etc.
  • Excellent communication skills; experience working directly with clients.
  • English: upper‑intermediate level or higher.
  • Willingness to work US hours / in US time zone
  • Willingness & ability to travel to the US to meet with the customer on site when required.

Job responsibilities

  • Architect, develop, and maintain React‑based applications with clean, modular, and scalable front‑end architecture.
  • Design and build reusable, responsive UI components, leveraging component libraries (e.g. Material UI) and best practices.
  • Work closely with UX/UI designers to uphold a well‑structured design system and ensure consistency in user experience.
  • Implement advanced front‑end features: state management, code splitting, lazy loading, performance optimization, etc.
  • Communicate directly with clients: gather requirements, present solutions, make technical decisions aligned with client needs.
  • Mentor, guide, and review the work of front‑end developers; promote high technical standards across the team.
  • Collaborate with backend engineers to ensure solid API contracts, efficient data flows, and a cohesive full‑stack solution.
  • Advocate for best practices in performance, accessibility, testing, and maintainability.
