Description

The current project is looking into enhancing the functionalities and portfolio of products that are going to be available on mobile apps, also looking into features and services that will only be available on this channel.

In this respect the following 3 main directions will be pursued in order to deliver internal and external modern and innovative digital services and products:

– Sales platform and the one point of contact for their digital services. A portal based on data with a diversified product catalog powered by an automated end-to-end workflow. A gateway for digital sales processes that will go through the entire layers of the IT Architecture and capabilities.
– Customer Portal designed for self-service, with a vision of becoming a full end-to-end service-to-sales-to-service portal, where customers can obtain personalized offers, information, and guidance. With a wide range of functionalities, the project aims to enhance performance and usability and integrate personalization. That will lead to a sustained shift towards self-service, a decreased cost to serve, and increased revenue by connecting services to products.

Requirements

• Requirements Definition: Strong requirements definition skills, including defining and writing user stories, leading refinement with developers/testers, clear acceptance criteria
• Documentation: Experience managing quality documentation, maintaining versioned documentation, creating clear and relevant application documentation
• Functional Specifications, including integrations between web, mobile app(s) and backend services
• Data Visualization requirements
• Agile Software Development: Experience working on an Agile development team, specifically developing epics, stories, acceptance criteria and contributing to all traditional scrum ceremonies

Job responsibilities

• Feature definition for a web and mobile application 
• Develop, maintain and update comprehensive documentation
• Document feature requests, including acceptance criteria in alignment with product roadmap
• Collaborate with developers to design and implement capabilities
• Engage with business partners to understand their needs and ensure product delivery addresses key needs
• Сollaborate with project managers to meet project commitments and timelines
• Provide guidance and input to developers to refine stories and ensure development meets requirements
• Lead refinement sessions and ensure tickets are clear, concise and developers understand intention of the functionality requested
• Work directly with QA engineers to answer questions and prove out requirements through testing
• Actively participate in sprint ceremonies, including stand ups, demos, and retrospectives
• Provide program leadership in updates to stakeholders
