Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced QA Lead to design, implement, and lead robust testing strategies, automation frameworks, and quality engineering solutions across our software systems. You will play a key role in driving end-to-end quality processes, mentoring
teams, and ensuring high-quality, scalable, and secure product releases. Have handled discovery activities in purview of product or change management.

Required Skills & Experience:

● 8+ years of QA and Test Automation experience, including at least 2-3 years in a Lead capacity.
● Expertise in test automation frameworks like Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, Appium,Rest Assured, etc.
● Hands-on with at least one programming language (Java, Python, JavaScript, etc.).
● Strong experience with API Testing and tools like Postman, Swagger, and Rest Assured.
● Proven track record of integrating automation with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI,
Azure DevOps, etc.).

● Solid experience in Performance Testing using JMeter, k6, or Gatling.
● Familiarity with Cloud Platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerized environments
(Docker, Kubernetes).
● Good understanding of Agile, DevOps, and Shift-Left Testing.
● Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with deep knowledge of SDLC and STLC.
● Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

Preferred (Good to Have):
● Security Testing (OWASP ZAP, Burp Suite).
● AI/ML-based testing tools (Mabl, Testim, Functionize).
● Mobile Automation using Appium, Espresso, or XCUITest.
● Experience with Service Virtualization.
● Test Data Management tools (Delphix, Informatica TDM).
● Domain knowledge in [e.g., Finance, Healthcare, Retail, etc.].

Certifications (Preferred):
● Cloud Certifications (AWS, Azure) are a plus.
● Certified Agile Tester / SAFe® Certifications.

Job responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:
● Define and implement QA strategy, automation frameworks, and testing standards.
● Lead the design and implementation of test automation frameworks for UI, API,
Performance, and Security Testing.
● Collaborate closely with Development, DevOps, Security, and Product teams to ensure
quality at every stage of SDLC.
● Establish and enforce best practices for coding, testing, and automation across
teams.
● Integrate automated tests with CI/CD pipelines for faster release cycles.
● Evaluate and recommend testing tools, frameworks, and technologies aligned with
business needs.
● Drive shift-left testing, test data management, and continuous testing practices.
● Lead performance testing strategy and execution for scalability and reliability.
● Define KPIs, metrics, and dashboards to measure and improve product quality and
team efficiency.
● Troubleshoot complex test automation and quality issues.
● Guide and mentor QA engineers and SDETs to enhance testing competencies.
Ensure compliance with security, privacy, and regulatory guidelines.
