Globallogic is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Revenue Analyst to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing revenue streams, identifying trends and opportunities, and supporting data-driven decision-making to maximize profitability. This role involves collaborating across departments to ensure accurate revenue forecasting, pricing strategies, and performance reporting.

Requirements

  • Overall 5+ years of experience
  • 3 + years of experience in strategy & sales operations.
  • 3 + years experience working in SaaS.
  • Proficient in Excel, Salesforce CRM, PowerBI
  • Demonstrated skills and passion for problem solving and operational excellence with a proven ability to design & implement workable solutions.
  • Ability to consistently meet deadlines and provide well-vetted reporting and business recommendations.
  • Extremely detail oriented and ability to work independently.
  • Proficiency with MS Excel and Salesforce CRM required.
  • Good presentation skills and ability to work with senior leadership.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Science, Finance or related fields preferred.

Job responsibilities

  • Sales territory planning and on-going management.
  • Support the creation, tracking, and execution of goals and metrics required to achieve the strategic objectives of the business, and manage the relevant Salesforce data to ensure accuracy. (Examples are sales quotas, sales attainment, sales productivity, sales forecasting, pipeline generation, sales conversion, and help identify root causes to underperformance)
  • Proactively identify, track, and execute initiatives to improve sales performance and achieve key goals and targets.
  • Align with revenue teams and cross functional teams within Americas to provide key analytics, reporting, and data.
