Technical Leadership

Lead the design and development of complex Salesforce solutions using Apex, SOQL, and Lightning Web Components (LWC)Define and enforce code design patterns, best practices, and development standardsReview code, mentor developers, and ensure adherence to Salesforce governor limits and security standards

Requirements

  • Strong expertise in Apex, SOQL, and Salesforce data modeling
  • Hands-on experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC)
  • Solid understanding of Salesforce integration patterns
  • Experience with API development and external system integrations
  • Strong knowledge of code design patterns and Salesforce best practices
  • Working knowledge of CI/CD fundamentals (Git, automated deployments, pipeline tools)

Job responsibilities

Development & Integration

Build and maintain custom Apex classes, triggers, batch jobs, and schedulers

Design and implement API-based integrations using REST/SOAP and industry-standard integration patterns

Develop scalable solutions involving external system integrations

Architecture & Delivery

Collaborate with architects and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical designs

Support solution architecture decisions including data modeling, integration strategy, and performance optimization

Ensure solutions are secure, scalable, and aligned with Salesforce roadmap and platform capabilities

DevOps & CI/CD

Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines for Salesforce deployments

Manage source control, automated deployments, and environment strategies

Support release management and deployment best practices

Collaboration & Stakeholder Management

Work closely with product owners, business analysts, QA, and other engineering teams

Provide technical guidance during requirement discussions and sprint planning

Act as a key point of contact for Salesforce technical escalations
