Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related technical discipline.
2-4 years’ relevant SDET experience scripting in Python, and working with tools such as Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, Postman, or similar.
Excellent communication and partnership skills to work with cross-functional teams, including developers and product managers.
Solid data-analytical and troubleshooting skills to identify issues and work on resolutions.
Experience with automation dashboards, preferably Report Portal.
Solid understanding of computer science fundamentals.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and sprint-based development.

Job responsibilities
Solid programming skills in at least one of these languages (Python, Java, JavaScript/TypeScript, etc…) with Python being the most relevant.
Extensive experience with test automation frameworks such as Playwright, Selenium, Appium, TestNG, etc.
Design, implement, and maintain automated test scripts and frameworks.
Integrate automated tests into the CI/CD process to support continuous testing and deployment.
Build test coverage for key product areas with a focus on regression, integration, and end-to-end scenarios.
Work in partnership with their Agile team to define test automation priorities, test data, test environments and test execution.
Investigate test failures, review test results and provide timely feedback to developers and stakeholders.
Other duties as assigned and required.
Desired:
Experience with healthcare technologies.
Prior experience working in a product with a hybrid client-server+Cloud architecture.
Strong knowledge of cloud and virtualization technologies.
Familiarity with GitHub, JIRA, and PractiTest is a plus.
Knowledge of security concepts especially with multi-factor authentication.

The Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET) will support the development and delivery of high-quality Enterprise Access Management (EAM) releases. Responsibilities include designing and developing robust test automation, contributing to CI/CD pipelines, and partnering with developers and QE to improve the overall testability, reliability and performance of EAM features.
