Requirements

• 12+ years of experience in project or delivery management within software engineering
• Solid experience in IT Service or Consulting
• Experience in working with Swedish Automotive OEMs is a must-have
• Experience in embedded software engineering engagements within the automotive software domain is a strong advantage
• Solid technical foundation in software engineering, systems architecture, or a related technical discipline.
• Ability to engage credibly with senior technical stakeholders and drive informed delivery decisions.
• Ability to lead presales initiatives including RFQ management, Solution development and content creation
• Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills
• Strong program management skills
• Demonstrated ability to lead distributed, multicultural teams in a global delivery model
• Excellent problem-solving, risk management, and decision-making capabilities
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas effectively
• Strong negotiation and conflict-resolution capabilities
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field

Job responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of a portfolio of projects / assignments within Automotive Embedded SW Engineering and Digital space.
• Establish and manage delivery governance, agile execution frameworks, and performance reporting across multiple teams.
• Experience in feature- and story-point–based, output-driven engagements, ensuring alignment with agreed delivery metrics, velocity, and business outcomes.
• Act as the primary delivery interface for senior client stakeholders, including business, product, and technical leadership.
• Build trusted relationships through transparency, predictability, and continuous delivery improvement.
• Manage escalations, delivery trade-offs, and scope alignment within output-based commercial models.
• Lead pre-sales and engagement extension activities, including delivery strategy and capacity planning.
• Leverage a strong technical background to effectively collaborate with solution architects, engineering leads, and data teams.
• Provide delivery oversight for initiatives involving Software Engineering, AI/ML, Data engineering, DevOps and intelligent automation.
• Ensure delivered solutions meet enterprise standards for quality, scalability, security, and performance.
• Own engagement financials, including forecasting, cost control, productivity tracking, and margin management within output-based delivery models.
• Drive efficient resource planning, utilization, and capacity management across distributed teams in the EMEA region and global delivery centers.
• Ensure compliance with GlobalLogic delivery standards, contractual commitments, and security policies.
• Support talent development and succession planning within the delivery organization.
