Our customer’s Customer Privileged Access Management and Vendor Privileged Access Management offer a highly available and performant connectivity framework that uses SSH (secure shell) to create a connectivity platform for remote support. The appliance also offers advanced auditing capabilities and centralized management for remote access.

Our product is mission-critical to our customers, and our success depends on our ability to evolve our product to satisfy new customers while improving stability and maintaining security and quality.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in building or supporting complex software systems.
• Familiarity with Data Structures, multi-threaded applications, SOLID principles, ORMs.
  Mastery of Java and Typescript.
• Experience with React and NextJS.
• Knowledge and experience building and communicating with REST APIs.
• Experience in systems engineering as it relates to testing, reliability, security, and observability.
• Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).
• Expertise in developing, maintaining, and supporting enterprise applications.
• Team player mentality and like to mentor and share your knowledge with others.
• Experience working with distributed teams.
• Ability to tackle ambitious goals and projects and the ability to get things done.
• Strong analytical abilities to identify problems and make informed decisions.
• Ability to discover functional and non-functional requirements and to contribute to feature design.
• Strong understanding of the SSH protocol and capabilities like reverse port forwarding.

Job responsibilities

• Improve product quality and performance.
• Design, build, and maintain APIs, services, and systems to fulfill product needs.
• Debug production issues across multiple layers on a diverse set of platforms and environments.
• Work with engineers and stakeholders across the company to build new features.
• Improve engineering standards, tooling, and processes.
• Responsible for extending, expanding, and integrating the latest changes and developments in the platforms our customers use.
