Requirements

• Proven experience as a Fullstack Developer (senior level), with expertise in both backend and frontend technologies.
• Strong knowledge of distributed systems architecture, APIs, and security best practices.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken), with the ability to interact with technical stakeholders.
• Strong documentation skills, including written specifications and technical diagrams.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to work independently.
• Experience mentoring or coaching less senior developers.
• Solid understanding of agile methodologies and teamwork best practices.
• Strong sense of ownership, accountability, and responsibility towards deliverables.

Job responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable applications across frontend and backend systems.
• Apply best practices in software engineering, ensuring clean, maintainable, and secure code.
• Collaborate with client stakeholders (mainly technical) in English, including participating in calls and presenting technical solutions.
• Document solutions clearly, both in writing and through technical diagrams.
• Analyze requirements, translate them into technical solutions, and deliver with minimal supervision.
• Identify, communicate, and mitigate risks in a timely manner.
• Take ownership of deliverables and ensure deadlines are met.
• Provide coaching and mentoring to junior and mid-level developers within the team.
• Work effectively in a collaborative team environment following agile methodologies.
