Job Summary:
We are seeking a Senior Java Developer with strong experience in building low-latency, high-concurrency, transactional web applications, and SaaS platforms. The ideal candidate has deep expertise in Java, Spring, RDBMS and AWS, with a focus on performance, scalability, and availability.

 

Key Responsibilities
Design and develop scalable, high-performance SaaS applications using Java and Spring.
Build and maintain RESTful APIs and microservices in a cloud-native environment.
Ensure application performance, scalability, and reliability in high-concurrency systems.
Deploy and manage containerized applications on AWS.
Design and optimize relational (RDBMS) and NoSQL database schemas and queries.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver features and resolve production issues.
Troubleshoot and resolve production issues.
Ensure code quality through unit/integration tests.

 

Mandatory Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
5–8 years of experience building and scaling high-availability, customer-facing services.
Strong hands-on expertise in Java, Spring Framework.
In-depth experience with AWS Cloud and deployment best practices.
Proficient in REST APIs, microservices, and concurrent programming.
Solid experience with at least one RDBMS and working knowledge of NoSQL databases.
Strong understanding of design patterns, scalable architectures, and code quality practices.
Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git).
Good understanding of software development best practices and design patterns.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Nice to Have
Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
Exposure to frontend technologies (JavaScript, Angular, React).
Broader knowledge of AWS services (e.g., Lambda, ECS, RDS, CloudFormation).
