The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in driving operational excellence, leading large cross-functional teams, and delivering transformational change initiatives. This role requires strong expertise in project planning, budgeting, and resource management, along with exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills to translate complex business needs into practical operational solutions.

Requirements

• Excellent academic credentials with 15+ years of progressive professional experience.
• Proven track record in operations management, operational excellence, and driving large-scale transformation initiatives.
• Strong experience in product leadership roles, successfully managing and scaling large, high-performing teams.
• Ability to inspire teams by fostering ownership, accountability, and craftsmanship.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to clearly articulate business initiatives, strategies, and solutions.
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships with C-suite executives and senior stakeholders.
• Expertise in project planning, budgeting, forecasting, and resource management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with the ability to interpret complex customer business needs and translate them into practical applications and operational solutions.
• Superior presentation skills with executive-level communication experience.
• Proven leadership experience working with cross-functional, multi-location, and global teams.
• Clear and strategic thinker with strong conceptualization skills.
• Highly collaborative, with the ability to work effectively across global, cross-functional teams.
• Strong consultative approach with a solution-oriented mindset.

Job responsibilities

• Handle a team size of 250+ and manage Shrinkage, Attrition, Productivity, Quality,
• ETAs/Targets/SLA/TAT/EVALS, Performance assessment/review
• People/Process/Project/Performance management, Client communication, Documentation
• (project related), Risk assessment, Mentor & Groom
• Deliver SLA along with excellent reporting metrics
• Handle operations, conduct briefings & team meetings forstatus updates, new product
• information, policy and procedure change etc.
• Monitor associate escalations, coach and provide constructive feedback on performance to individuals on a regular basis. with team members regarding performance parameters, self- appraisal, quarterly appraisal of the team members based on stack ranking.
