The client’s purpose is to make safe and intelligent mobility real, for everyone, everywhere. Requirements

  • Product Management Experience: Prior experience as a Product Owner or in a similar product management role is essential.
  • Proactive Decision-Making: The ability to make timely, informed decisions is crucial, especially regarding changes from the customer related to the release process, scope, and timeline.
  • Strong Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills are needed for extensive daily interaction with both internal teams and a large number of external stakeholders.

Job responsibilities

  • Lead and Guide Teams: You will oversee two separate teams: a GlobalLogic team focused on automation and a second team that handles manual document checks and prepares release packages.
  • Manage Release Flow: You will be responsible for managing the entire release flow, including making proactive decisions on changes to the process, scope, and timeline.
  • Release Accountability: You’ll be accountable for ensuring all documentation is delivered to clients on schedule.
  • Define and Refine Requirements: Work to define and refine requirements for both the automation and manual teams to ensure a smooth workflow.
  • Coordinate with Development Teams: Act as a central point of contact for the entire development organization (50+ teams), gathering their input and addressing any questions or concerns they have about release procedures.
