We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Program Manager to lead and scale large, complex business and technology programs across multi-disciplinary product and engineering teams. This role demands exceptional expertise in product strategy, Agile delivery at scale, and cross-functional leadership. Key Responsibilities
Lead the Discovery & Migration Planning program, ensuring alignment with business objectives, technical requirements, and compliance needs.
Lead and scale large cross-disciplinary product, engineering, and business programs with enterprise-wide visibility and impact.
Drive product strategy and execution by aligning program objectives with organizational priorities and customer experience goals.
Build and manage high-performing teams, fostering collaboration, innovation, and ownership across engineering, product, and business functions.
Define program scope, structure, KPIs, and risk management strategies while ensuring transparent and timely communication to executives and stakeholders.
Implement and scale Agile/SAFe delivery practices, ensuring consistent adoption across multiple teams and workstreams.
Oversee program execution, tracking delivery against timelines, budgets, and quality standards, while proactively addressing risks and dependencies.
Champion people leadership and mentorship, developing talent and promoting a culture of accountability, empowerment, and continuous learning.

Own reporting and governance frameworks, ensuring executive visibility into progress, risks, and mitigations.
Experience
10+ years of IT and technology delivery experience, including 5+ years in program/project management of large-scale initiatives like data migration
Proven track record of leading large multi-disciplinary teams (product, engineering, business, operations) to deliver strategic programs.
Demonstrated expertise in scaling Agile/SAFe frameworks across multiple workstreams.
Strong product ownership mindset, with ability to bridge strategy and execution.
Hands-on experience with telecom, billing systems, or enterprise IT environments preferred but not mandatory.
Deep knowledge of PMI and Agile practices, with the ability to tailor methodologies for large programs.
Excellent executive-level communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Strong command of Jira, MS Project, MS Office Suite, Visio, and SharePoint.
Demonstrated ability to manage project financials, including budgets, invoicing, and cost optimization.
