Description
We’re looking for an experienced Embedded Software Tester to join our team. You’ll be responsible for validating embedded systems, with a strong focus on Python-based test automation. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in the automotive industry and a deep understanding of its specific working environment and standards.
Requirements
Key Skills We’re Looking For:
- Strong Python skills, especially with test frameworks like Pytest.
- Experience with testing embedded systems running on QNX.
- Prior experience in the automotive industry, with a good understanding of its development lifecycle and functional safety requirements.
- Knowledge of UDS and DoIP protocols.
- Foundational knowledge of Android.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a meticulous attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills in English.
Bonus Points For:
- Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Gerrit).
- Experience with ASPICE or ISO26262.

- Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Python and Pytest.
- Execute a variety of software tests, including integration and system-level tests.
- Perform fault tracing and detailed root cause analysis.
- Collaborate closely with software developers and other testers to ensure product quality.
- Report bugs and track their resolution using standard bug tracking tools.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of our testing processes and automation framework.
