GlobalLogic Sweden is glad to invite Embedded Software engineers to an Automotive project in Gothenburg, Sweden. This job posting is a proactive search effort where we hope to be able to match you to a fitting assignment later on, as we continuously receive similar opportunities. Our clients are Tier 1s and OEMs from Europe and USA and development is targeted to Automotive solutions which will be deployed in the newest European cars.
Requirements
Required skills:
– B.S in Computer Science or M.S in Computer Engineering or similar qualifications from an accredited university
– Strong background of embedded programming in C/C++, including system design, implementation, testing and maintenance.
– Experience with Bazel & Cmake
– Experience in Embedded software development in Automotive domain (Linux, QNX)
– Experience with industry standard requirements and agile development tools such as JIRA, Git/gerrit, Confluence
– Experience in working with cross functional teams
– Practical debugging skills
– Strong communication skills
– Must be able to work full time onsite in the Gothenburg Torslanda area
Meritorious:
– Experience in fault detection, fault handling and automotive diagnostics
– Experience working with automotive communication protocols (CAN, Ethernet, LIN)
– Common understanding of ISO 26262
– Experience within Automotive, ISO-26262, ASIL for Software Development
– Experience within Cyber Security for Software Development
– Experience with QNX, Bash, Json, yaml, Google test, Python test
– Test automation experience using Python, Pytest, GTest, Robot framework.
– European Driver’s license.

Job responsibilities
– Design and implementation of software in a new scalable automotive platform
– Work with cross-functional teams to derive requirements given by use cases and feature listings
– Take part and assist in developing test cases to verify and validate diagnostic functions on ECU integration and system integration level.
