We are developing a unique project for one of GL’s partners – a world leader in process measurement and automation based in Switzerland.

The company provides comprehensive products, solutions, and services for industrial process measurement and automation across a wide range of industries. Their portfolio includes solutions for flow, level, pressure, analysis, temperature, recording, and digital communications.

By combining advanced technologies with deep industry expertise, the company helps customers optimize processes with a strong focus on economic efficiency, operational safety, and environmental protection.

Requirements

Managerial Experience: 3+ years in a leadership role (Team Lead, Project Manager, or Associate Manager), ideally within IT outsourcing or software services.

Team Leadership: Proven track record of managing cross-functional technical teams, including Developers and QA Engineers.

Stakeholder & Client Management: Demonstrated ability to manage external client relationships across diverse environments, from agile R&D to traditional corporate structures.

Financial & Business Acumen: Practical experience in budget tracking, forecasting, and contract negotiation; ability to identify “upsell” opportunities and drive account growth.

Delivery & SDLC Knowledge: Solid understanding of the full Software Development Life Cycle and various methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).

Operational Oversight: Experience leading end-to-end recruitment, managing resource allocation, and identifying/mitigating project risks.

Tools & Systems: Proficiency in project management tracking tools such as Jira, Confluence.

Language Proficiency: Fluency in English (C1) for global stakeholder interaction.

AI Literacy & Innovation: Ability to champion innovative initiatives, including AI-driven solutions and Proof of Concepts.

 

Job responsibilities

• Build strong and proactive relationships with customers and team members while maintaining a consistently high level of delivery
• Manage teams of developers and QA engineers across multiple projects
• Work with clients representing different organizational cultures – from collaborative R&D departments to more traditional and change-resistant environments
• Demonstrate a high level of self-discipline, ownership, and accountability
• Cooperate effectively with the broader management team to support account growth and long-term customer success
• Ensure timely execution of responsibilities and maintain high delivery standards
