Our project is focused on enhancing channel partner program productivity and profitability by automating marketing, sales and operational processes.
Our customer is US-based company s, the Enterprise Channel Management leader and long-term business partner of GlobalLogic.
We’re looking for an integration engineer to join our team and help continue the growth of Client’s channel marketing platform. We are looking for talented individuals that have a strong sense of accountability and urgency in meeting tasks, able to work independently, as well as within a cross-functional team environment.
Successful candidate will work in a friendly team through all phases of product development including design, implementation and release. We encourage our engineers to study new technologies and bring fresh ideas that can benefit the project.

● Skilled and interest in solution architecture and analysis (iPaaS, API experience or other 3rd party integration tools is a plus)
● At least one years’ experience working for a software vendor, reseller or consultancy in a customer facing role implementing software projects for clients
● Specific background in channel management, CRM/PRM solutions, marketing automation or other business applications is a strong advantage
● Skilled at interfacing with all levels of an organization and direct customer/client management experience
● Excellent communication skills: written, spoken, telephone and presentations
● Ability to deliver highly accurate written documentation
● Lambda, SOQL,HTML/CSS/JS is a plus

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
● Work within a multi-disciplinary team on customer implementation/integration projects which involves taking the leading or supporting role in workshops, requirements gathering, analysis, design and customer documentation while collaborating closely with the client and internal departments to make sure the delivered quality solution meets or exceeds the customer’s specified requirements.
● Gain knowledge and experience to become an SME for a customer’s environments (Integrations, Configurations and Customizations) and work with Support to resolve customers’ issues relating to their unique environment while also maintaining the necessary documentation
● Collaborate with internal teams such as Professional Services, Marketing Operations, Engineering and Product
● For integrations and customizations, work with a Senior Architect on detailed functional and technical specifications, preparing change requests and estimates as appropriate
● Manage customer expectations, identifying and communicating issues and risks, as well as resolving to ensure customer success
● Be involved in, and where applicable develop and lead initiatives to improve internal processes, documentation, customer satisfaction and speed of delivery
● Develop and maintain a deep knowledge of the Clients products, the business processes and best practices involved in partnering automation and management
● Build knowledge of best practice in solution architecture, business analysis and project management and begin to work towards professional skills to the highest level
