Requirements
– At least 1-year experience in a similar position (NOC/Tech Support/System administrator or relevant experience etc.)
– Good English language skills (at least intermediate spoken and written level)
– Systems administration,
– Networking understanding
– Monitoring tools and principles
– Experience working with Kibana/Grafana and Datadog tools
Jira ticketing and issue investigating practical knowledge
Good to have:
– Automation scripting, and tech support skills
– Cloud computing
– Web applications and servers architecture understanding,
– HTTP, REST API
We are looking for candidates with issue triage and troubleshooting experience, ideally in media domain
Communication with internal users
Strong English
Job responsibilities
Regular Schedule
Tue, Thu, Fri, Sat
12:00 – 20:00 (13:00 – 21:00, Ukrainian Winter Time)
Replacements:
16:30 – 00:00 (+1 hour during Ukrainian Winter Time) – coverage for the Argentina team.
08:00 – 16:30 (+1 hour during Ukrainian Winter Time) – coverage for the Ukraine team.
Training during the first month:
Monday to Friday from 8:00 to 16:00 (plus 1 hour during Ukrainian Winter Time)
This is the main shift schedule. But it changes when someone is going on vacation or sick leave, then he/she backs up their position, which is why the shifts are not permanent
Sometimes he starts at 4 pm, sometimes he starts at 8 am
This can happen 1 week in a month.
During your shift you will be responsible for monitoring in not regular workin hours [ could be shifted 8-12 hours on weekends and in night time ]
– Content streaming tools for any issues.
– Content delivery tools for any transcoding issues
– 3-d vendor tools or integration work seamlessly
– Review content and provide your feedback on the content you watched while you have not activities on the board monitoring.
