WHAT YOU’LL DO
Lead the development and execution of the business model and value proposition for Media Optimization products, tools, and underlying data solutions, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and market demands.
As a key product leader, you will focus on understanding market needs, identifying problems, and uncovering opportunities. You will translate these insights into clear, actionable product requirements that guide your team in delivering effective solutions.
Leverage data to inform product strategies, using quantitative and qualitative feedback to drive decisions and optimize product performance.
Collaborate with the Director of Product Management to implement a product roadmap, balancing short-term value delivery with long-term objectives. You will define clear team objectives and ensure alignment across workstreams to achieve them.
Own the overall delivery of your product area, ensuring your teams execute efficiently while managing time and scope constraints.
Act as a key partner with Engineering and Data Science leadership to address and resolve issues, ensuring alignment on technical challenges and product development.
Contribute to the strategic vision, roadmaps, and backlogs for your product portfolio, ensuring clear priorities and cohesive direction.
Manage dependencies between product & development teams, ensuring cross-functional coordination and timely input across the organization.
Engage with stakeholders to gather business requirements, translate them into user stories and technical specifications, and maintain a prioritized backlog to ensure focus on high-impact work.
Work alongside development teams through product reviews, user acceptance testing, and product sign-offs, ensuring alignment with requirements. Provide training and support for internal and external teams on new product releases.
Write detailed system specifications, user stories, and functional documentation, and collaborate daily with developers to allocate and prioritize work for optimal value delivery.

Requirements
As a Product Manager in Media Optimization at Choreograph, you will play a key role in shaping and delivering advanced, cross-platform media activation solutions powered by machine learning. You will drive the development of our Cross Platform Media Optimization product, automating activation, campaign management, and maximizing performance across all leading AdTech suppliers and platforms, including Google, Amazon, and Meta.
The ideal candidate will have extensive expertise in machine learning-driven media activation and a proven track record in building scalable, automated solutions for large global enterprises. You should be adept at leveraging ML-driven insights to optimize media performance, streamline activation, and enhance efficiency across the advertising ecosystem.
In close collaboration with the Product Leadership team, you will drive the development for a scrum team focused on developing and refining a portfolio of data-driven optimization products within the Media Optimization platform. Your objective will be to create tools that empower agencies and brands with innovative technology, ensuring a consistent activation workflow and delivering measurable uplift in the dynamic digital advertising landscape.
Job responsibilities
WHAT YOU’LL NEED
Experience in product management, with a background in delivering scalable ML automation products in digital media activation & media optimization.
Deep understanding of media activation and optimization, with experience across leading media activation platforms (i.e. Trade Desk, Google, Meta, Amazon etc.)
A solid understanding of how agencies and advertisers leverage data and technology to drive business operations and strategic initiatives.
Proven ability to thrive in fast-paced, product-led environments, delivering results in dynamic conditions.
Extensive experience applying agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, XP) to develop technical products and data-driven solutions.
Proficient in querying relational databases using SQL and utilizing database management tools (e.g., DataGrip) for data extraction and analysis.
Experience leveraging agentic AI software (e.g., Claude Code) to create skills, query codebases, automate ticket writing, and accelerate day-to-day PM tasks.
Strong documentation skills, with experience writing system specifications and detailed product requirements.
A results-driven mindset, able to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines effectively.
Excellent communication, presentation, and influencing skills, with the ability to think creatively and drive engagement with both internal teams and stakeholders.
