About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Database Developer to act as the primary execution-focused data engineer for our Care Connect (CC) Reporting data warehouse. This role is crucial for our upcoming Messenger product integration. You will be responsible for driving the data mapping from source systems to the Data Warehouse, implementing the warehouse tables, and writing the SSIS synchronization code. The environment relies on on-premise SQL Server and SSIS, and we are looking for a developer who excels in this specific tech stack to ensure seamless daily batch integrations.

Source Integration: Experience extracting and synchronizing data from flat files and SQL Server databases.
Communication: Excellent ability to interface with non-technical stakeholders and Product Managers to define technical specifications and mapping rules from scratch.
AI Tooling: Openness to working in an environment that utilizes modern AI developer tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Claude).

Optimization: Manage a 10 to 20 GB data scale, currently running on a daily overnight batch sync, with the potential to explore and implement more frequent synchronization schedules.
Troubleshooting: Investigate and resolve customer issues related to existing CC Reporting data synchronization installs and execution.
