Requirements
responsible for managing, configuring, and maintaining the ServiceNow platform to support IT service management (ITSM) and business processes. This role ensures the platform runs smoothly, meets organizational needs, and follows best practices.
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow administration
Strong understanding of ITSM processes
Knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, and CSS (basic scripting required)
Experience with workflows, catalog items, and form customization
Familiarity with CMDB and asset management
Good problem-solving and analytical skills
Strong communication and teamwork abilities - ServiceNow Platform
ITSM modules (Incident, Change, Problem)

Job responsibilities
- Administer and maintain the ServiceNow platform (users, roles, groups, and permissions)
Configure and customize modules such as Incident, Problem, Change, and Service Catalog
Manage workflows, business rules, UI policies, and client scripts
Monitor system performance and ensure platform stability and availability
Perform regular system upgrades, patches, and enhancements
Troubleshoot and resolve platform issues and user problems
Maintain data integrity and manage CMDB (Configuration Management Database)
Create and manage reports, dashboards, and analytics
Support integrations with other systems using APIs and web services
Document processes, configurations, and system changes
Collaborate with developers, stakeholders, and IT teams
