Description
We are looking for a high-caliber Senior SRE Engineer with 4+ years of experience to provide strategic direction and technical expertise for our platform’s reliability. In this role, you will not just “support” infrastructure; you will architect and maintain a highly available, scalable SaaS environment. You will be a champion of uptime, a master of automation, and a key partner to our Engineering and CISO teams.

- 4+ years in SRE/DevOps for production SaaS environments.
- Expertise in Cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) and Kubernetes.
- Proficiency in IaC (Terraform) and CI/CD tools.
- Strong scripting skills (Python, Go, or Bash).
- Experience with Observability stacks (Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog).
Job responsibilities
Reliability & Performance: Design and maintain highly available SaaS infrastructure to meet strict SLAs. Optimize latency, throughput, and resource utilization.
- Incident Management: Lead incident response, conduct deep-root cause analysis (RCA), and implement disaster recovery/capacity planning.
- Automation (DevOps): Drive CI/CD pipelines and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) to eliminate manual toil and improve operational efficiency.
- Observability: Partner with engineering teams to enhance monitoring, alerting, and site stability systems.
- Security & Cloud FinOps: Proactively address cloud vulnerabilities and implement cost-saving measures for infrastructure spending.
- Strategic Collaboration: Work with Engineering, Product, and CISO teams to align on reliability goals and document technical guidelines.
