Requirements
Job title: Technical Program Manager (TPM) – ARM Infrastructure Platform Job Description Preferred qualifications & skills:
● Education & experience: Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, plus heavy experience managing complex technical projects in cloud or data center infrastructure.
Program Governance: Proven track record leading cross-functional delivery across matrixed engineering teams (such as orchestrator, kernel, SRE, and networking groups).
● Tooling & Agile: Advanced proficiency in Jira backlog management, roadmap planning, risk registers, and execution metrics.
● Technical Acumen: Strong understanding of Linux systems, CI/CD pipelines, and software release lifecycles.
Nice to have skills:
● Experience managing hardware platform transitions or server architecture migrations.
Job Responsibilities
● Provide cross-team coordination and delivery governance across the HIVE, Core Compute, and ACDC engineering divisions.
● Work with engineering leads to break down high-level roadmaps into properly sized, actionable Jira tasks and ensure work assignment.
● Maintain a centralized project risk log, track operational dependencies, and partner with technical leads to execute mitigations.
● Produce weekly status reports detailing milestone execution velocity, active blockers, and delivery metrics for executive leadership.
