Requirements

Should have 10+ years of experience working in product-engineering or engineering services organizations

Should have worked in product development/implementation organizations with a proven experience of developing scalable product implementation solutions in an agile/scrum/kanban environment
Experience in MedTech/Healthcare domain and related processes is a big advantage
Candidate should have working-experience around driving teams to achieve the goals
Should have handled engineering delivery for 3-5 Scrum teams, as an engineering/PS leader
Strong leadership, people management, stakeholder-management and organizational skills

Job responsibilities

Multiple Projects management having teams size of 20-25
