Description

We are looking for an experienced Scrum Master with a proven track record of working on embedded software development projects. A technical background in embedded software development would be a strong advantage, but is not required. You will work with one of Europe’s largest household appliance manufacturers and distributors, and one of the leading companies worldwide, in close collaboration with a team based in Germany.

Preferred candidate location: Wrocław, Poland.

Requirements

Understanding of Agile and Scrum Principles:

• Fundamental Knowledge: An in-depth understanding of agile methodologies and the Scrum framework is essential. This includes knowledge of roles, events, artifacts, and rules defined in the Scrum Guide
• Leadership and Facilitation: Ability to guide and support the Scrum Team and effectively facilitate meetings and discussions
• Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with team members and stakeholders
• Problem-Solving Skills: Capability to identify problems quickly and facilitate the process of finding effective solutions
• Adaptability and Flexibility: The ability to handle change and help the team adapt to shifting circumstances or requirements
• Ensure that the team understands rules, practices and theories and works on the process to create the best products for the customer
• Work closely together with the Product Owner
• Supports the stakeholders, to understand, interact and improve the product development process
• Supports to reach the goal of self-organisation in a cross-functional team
• Supports the execution of all scrum events
• Fluent English written and spoken (min. B2)

Nice to have:

• Experience in software development or testing
• Experience of more than 4 years as Scrum Master
