Our Customer – one of leading companies that provides services related to Clinical Trials.

The company is focused on clinical studies related to Central Neural System, Oncology and Rare diseases.

Services of the customer cover Institutional Review Board (IRB) services, clinical trials management, Clinical Research Forms (CRF) development.

The main customers who use of the product of our client are Clinical Research Organizations (CRO) and Study Sponsors in form of Pharma Companies or other entities.

From the start of the collaboration our client was focused on moving from paper-focused approach in clinical research to electronic data capture (eCOA) while trying to adopt best industry practices.

Requirements

Our team is building the eCOA forms for clinicial trials. We are looking for the AI developer who can work closely with the current team, develop and deploy AI-powered solutions that improve eCOA form development process.

 

Qualification and Skills: 
Education. A bachelor’s degree or master’s degree in computer science, data science, or a related field.
Programming skills. Proficiency in Python, Java, and programming languages commonly used in AI development.
Technical expertise. Experience with AI frameworks and tools for building AI systems.
Problem-solving skills. Strong analytical abilities to address complex problems and design efficient solutions.
Data expertise. Knowledge of data analysis, big data, and preprocessing for machine learning models.
Communication skills. Ability to collaborate effectively with team members, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.
Years of experience. Minimum of 2–5 years in software development or AI development.
Certifications. Industry certifications in AI and machine learning are a plus.
Soft skills. Strong interpersonal abilities to navigate team dynamics and convey technical concepts clearly.

Job responsibilities

• Developing AI models.Create and train machine learning models for tasks requirements extraction, Behavior verification, test data preparation.
• Collaborating with teams. Work alongside with the delivery team to identify business needs and drive AI solutions.
• Integrating AI systems. Deploy AI-powered applications into existing workflows and ensure seamless integration with APIs and platforms.
• Conducting data preprocessing. Clean and prepare large datasets to train and fine-tune models.
• Monitoring performance. Evaluate the efficiency of AI systems through testing and optimization for continuous improvement.
• Researching advancements. Stay updated on cutting-edge AI technologies, tools, and industry trends to keep projects innovative.
• Debugging and troubleshooting. Identify and resolve technical issues in AI systems to maintain functionality and reliability.
