Requirements

Required Qualifications
Deep Technical Expertise: Extensive professional experience as a Senior Full Stack Developer or Technical Lead using C#/.NET and Angular.

Database Mastery: Strong proficiency in SQL Server, including complex query writing and performance optimization.

Cloud Experience: Hands-on experience architecting, deploying, and maintaining applications in Microsoft Azure.

Architectural Vision: Proven ability to manage and simplify high levels of technical and business complexity.

Project Management Skills: Demonstrated experience building project plans, estimating effort, and successfully driving projects from white-board design to production deployment.

Forward-Looking Engineering: Up-to-date knowledge of agentic development practices, with practical experience or strong theoretical understanding of integrating AI tools into the software engineering lifecycle.

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to translate technical constraints and opportunities to business stakeholders clearly.

About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and hands-on Technical Lead to guide a squad of three developers. In this role, you will take ownership of a highly complex, mission-critical project built on a .NET, Angular, SQL Server, and Azure technology stack. You will act as the bridge between business strategy and technical execution—partnering directly with business stakeholders to understand complex problems and translating them into elegant, scalable technical solutions.

This is a strictly hands-on position. You are expected to be deeply involved in the codebase, leading by example through active coding, architectural design, and code reviews. You will own the entire project lifecycle: from conceptual design and project planning to execution, deployment, and monitoring the system’s success in a production environment.

Key Responsibilities
Technical Leadership & Hands-On Development: Actively write clean, scalable, and maintainable code across the entire stack (.NET, Angular, SQL Server). Lead, mentor, and perform code reviews for a team of 3 developers.

Complexity Management: Architect and navigate highly complex system requirements, breaking down intricate business logic into manageable, robust technical designs.

Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with non-technical business stakeholders to identify pain points, uncover opportunities, and define clear project requirements and deliverables.

End-to-End Project Execution: Build comprehensive project plans, establish timelines, and drive the execution of the development lifecycle.

Production Ownership: Deploy solutions to Azure, monitor system health, troubleshoot production issues, and ensure the long-term success and performance of the application.
