Description:
HR operations Shared Service (GPS) is a sector of the People Team that is devoted to empower and make easier the employees life cycle in GlobalLogic, with their day-to-day tasks.
Requirements:
Graduated in Business Administration, Human Resources, Labor Relations or similar careers.
More than 2 years’ experience in similar positions
Intermediate to advanced knowledge of the US & ARG Employment Contract Act.
Intermediate to advanced knowledge of English, as they will participate in meetings and global processes.
Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Strong organizational, motivational, communication and problem-solving skills.
Proven ability to effectively interact with all organizational levels in a multicultural environment and build strong, trusted relationships.
Demonstrated analytical skills and the ability to interpret data, identify trends, recommend multiple solutions, and analyze employment – related issues.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience supporting clients on a daily bases.
Proven Project management experience.
Job Responsibilities:
Perform in accurate and timely manner pre-payroll & terminations/ offboarding activities, including check of data completeness, consistency, data consolidation, justification of variances, and reporting for Americas Region: Argentina, Canada, Chile, Mexico, United States.
Process all payroll including monthly payrolls for salaried & hourly employees, bonus, commission.
Execute and evidence payroll controls
Analysis and updating of current regulations referring to the area
Address or escalate issues in payroll in cooperation with local payroll teams and payroll vendors.
Work in accordance with company procedures, standards and policies.
Respond to customers within agreed time frame, escalate complex requests.
Maintain adequate level of knowledge in order to ensure accurate and timely payroll processes.
Supports any change management activities through preparation of communication, cultural considerations, data gathering, analytical and reporting
