Description:
Schindler is a Swiss multinational company which manufactures escalators, moving walkways, and elevators worldwide, founded in Switzerland in 1874. Schindler produces, installs, maintains and modernizes elevators and escalators in many types of buildings including residential, commercial and high-rise buildings.
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of Agile Methodologies Implementation experience
- Strong Facilitation skills
- Upper-Intermediate level of English
- Hands-on experience in training organization for large audience
- Theory and practice of coaching approaches
- Good understanding of assessment approaches
- Practical experience in people management
- SAFe certification would be a plus
Job Responsibilities:
- Drive projects processes and performance assessments
- Alignment of teams and clients on processes and working approaches
- Keeping close communication and alignment with key project stakeholders
- Provide a high variety of trainings and workshops
- Setup communication and processes on different layers of organization
- Meeting facilitation
