Description:
We are searching for a business analyst to gather and organize real-time data for project development. The candidate will need to work with both the IT and finance teams to analyze requirements and create reports based on them.
Requirements:
- Minimum 4 years of experience as a business analyst
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or related field
- Fluent with Microsoft Office (excel, word, and PowerPoint), SQL
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize work
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Job Responsibilities:
- Analyse business models and projects to determine loopholes and areas that need development and upgrade
- Collaborate with various teams and maintain proper communication
- Analyze the vision and scope of new projects, services, and software
- Stay up to date with the latest industry standards and trends and implement these changes into new projects and services
- Make presentations and arrange meetings to discuss data-driven changes and improvements
- Collect customer feedback and concerns through surveys, questionnaires or
workshops - Optimize budget for various requirements and ensure cost efficiency
- Effectively communicate the needs and concerns of the users to the
stakeholders - Create a knowledge bank for the execution team
