Description:
Responsible for analysis, migration, implements high to low level designs for assigned project tasks, and interfaces with project stakeholders. Applies Electronic Banking industry technology, works independently on complex analysis, supports and recommends standards and procedures, and monitors and controls the quality of team products. This role will focus on implementing Phoenix Core products for financial institutions in the North American Community Markets business. Responsibilities include system setup, implementation, training and/or reinforcement of training, and implementation support of software applications for new and existing clients.
Requirements:

4+ years of project management experience

Business Applications and Tools: Azure TFS, Jira, MS Office.

Business Skills: Requirements Analysis, Documentation (BRD, FRD, RTM etc.), Strategizing Data Migration, Functional Testing Process, Gap Analysis

Methodologies: SDLC, STLC, SCRUM

Technical Expertise: SQL/ETL

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.

Strong organizational and time management skills.

Ability to work with internal and external clients with a high level of professionalism.

Banking Domain knowledge: Retail Banking, Lending, Trade Finance, Supply Chain Finance is a plus
Job Responsibilities:

Manage the Implementation process for assigned clients.
-
Managing clients implementation schedule and facilitating weekly meetings to keep clients on schedule to accommodate clients going live date.

Demonstrate weekly task input and review of output of the same data.

Validation of completed weekly tasks and review with client to ensure setup based on client’s business practices and processes.

Follow established project, departmental, company procedures and quality standards.

Coordinate scheduling of end user training ensuring all tasks have been completed and within clients implementation goals.

Coordinate go live dates with clients and maintain weekly meetings to ensure a smooth handoff.

Validate system third party connectivity. Identify, research, and assist in resolving any issues with technical resources.

Review system output with client for client familiarization.

Record accurate and timely accounting of time spent on project related activities.

Follow established project management standards. Provide activities related to the management of assigned implementation projects to bring the project to a timely close and transition the client appropriately.

Maintain, enhance, and broaden knowledge and skills of software applications and industry practices.
