Description:
Our project is a robotic-assisted surgical system which is a master-slave, software controlled electromechanical system designed for surgeons to perform telerobotic minimally invasive surgery.
Our Client is a global leader in medical technology. It designs, develops, manufactures, installs, services, distributes and markets a wide variety of medical devices. GlobalLogic is taking part in the creation of innovative surgical products and services that focus on obesity and diseases and conditions of the gastrointestinal tract, lung, abdominal wall, pelvic region, and the head and neck.
Requirements:
Required skills
- 3+ years of experience as a DevOps engineer
- Strong Unix-like system knowledge – Ubuntu (QNX as a plus)
- Python or Shell scripting experience
- Experience with containerization (Docker)
- Experience with version control systems Git
- Practical experience with CI/CD concept (Bamboo/Jenkins or similar)
- Good verbal and written English communication skills
Desired qualifications
- Experience with embedded systems and RTOS
- Automation with Ansible
- Experience with ELK stack (Elastic/logstash/Kibana)

Job Responsibilities:
As a part of a DevOps engineers team to participate in the software testing of the Robotic-Assisted Surgery system. The team uses CI/CD practices to help test developers quickly identify defects and bugs of the product and verification process. For unstoppable test execution configure and maintain test/production environments. For improving overall processes, enhance reports for further data analysis. And automation as much as possible.
