Job Description:
– Python Expertise: 4+ years of professional backend software engineering experience with deep knowledge of asynchronous Python (asyncio), design patterns, and robust API development (FastAPI, Flask).
– Production LangGraph Experience: Proven track record of building and deploying applications using LangGraph. You must thoroughly understand graph states, reducers, conditional edges, and how to manage parallel execution paths.
– Agentic Frameworks: Strong familiarity with LLM orchestration frameworks and modern LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, open-source models).
– Enterprise Automation: Experience building tools that let agents interact with the real world (e.g., function calling, SQL/NoSQL database interactions, vector databases like Pinecone/Chroma, and web-browsing environments).
– Software Engineering Fundamentals: Solid grasp of CI/CD pipelines, Docker containerization, Git workflows, and cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure).
– Problem Solving: A structured approach to debugging non-deterministic AI systems and defining evaluation metrics for agent performance.

Job responsibilities

– Design & Architecture: Build, scale, and maintain stateful multi-agent architectures using LangGraph and the broader LangChain ecosystem.
– Agentic Automation: Develop autonomous pipelines capable of dynamic planning, tool usage, error reflection, and deterministic self-correction.
– State Management: Design complex graph topologies (nodes, edges, conditional routing) and implement robust persistence layers for short-term and long-term agent memory.
– Integration & Tooling: Build custom tools, APIs, and web scrapers that allow AI agents to seamlessly interact with databases, enterprise software, and third-party systems.
– Production Optimization: Fine-tune LLM orchestration for latency, cost, and reliability. Implement monitoring for agent trajectories, token usage, and graph execution paths (using tools like LangSmith).
– Collaboration: Partner with data engineers and product teams to turn high-level automation requirements into predictable, production-grade agent workflows.
