Strong fundamentals in Python, OOPS, HMTL, XPaths and Page Object Models
Strong fundamentals in C++, C#/.Net
Experience using GIT, JIRA and Jenkins
Strong expertise in relational databases such as MySQL or PostgreSQL
Experience implementing APIs to develop tools/applications
Experience with HTML, JSON, REST client, automated Web UI testing
Experience implementing tests written in python, preferably using selenium web driver
Automation framework design and prototyping
Experience with developing applications using Atlassian SDKs for JIRA and Confluence
Android Automotive OS/ Android App Development and Software Testing
Experience planning and leading SW sprints
Hands on experience in C
Knowledge of automotive infotainment
Experience with CAN and other automotive buses/protocols
Familiarity with identity management services such as LDAP and Active Directory
Familiarity with authentication mechanisms such as OAuth 2 and SAML
Experience deploying and maintaining applications on AWS and virtual machines
Database development experience with both relational and NoSQL database types
German language skills
Passion for cars
This position requires the person to me locally available from day one as it may require visits to client office on need basis.
The Test Automation and SW Dev team at the IECC is responsible for elevating the output of our engineering teams. As a Software Development Engineer, you will be responsible for automating manual test catalogs for infotainment systems as well as designing and implementing new tools for improving the team’s efficiency.
To drive the business, the IECC relies on a growing suite of internal applications. These applications help us plan our projects, communicate our research output, and manage our research fleet. We continue to evolve the deployment of these applications, from on-site systems to public and private cloud environments.
This position is also responsible for owning these custom applications, ensuring that they scale effectively to meet the usage demands of the organization as well as develop feature enhancements from time to time as necessary.
