We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced and passionate Support Engineer to join our growing technology team within the WPP recently formed division, focusing on building technology products for some of the world’s leading media agencies. The successful candidate will work alongside developers and other members of the scrum teams.

2+ years of experience in Support Services (Service Desk, Help Desk) as an L3 engineer
Only Intermediate+ speaking and written English
Experience as QA/AQA/Developer is a big plus
Experience with Jira and/or ZenDesk
Strong troubleshooting skills, detail-oriented, good collaborator, and follow-through
Experience in monitoring tools like Stackdriver, Datadog, Splunk or Grafana
Good knowledge and experience with linux/shell
Scripting ability perl/python/etc and some familiarity with Java (can read)
Familiarity with Kafka/Pubsub Akka, all are big plusses
- Database – familiarity with MySQL, SQL Server, etc is good to have
Perl, Python, Java
- Tasks will be mainly concentrated on the data processing platform
- Commits simple code changes (configuration changes, bug fix, etc)
- Interact directly with the stakeholders (support lines, clients, development teams) and provide Level 2 technical support
- Accurately and completely document problems and solutions in e.g. knowledge base
- Manage simultaneous customer cases in a highly demanding environment and resolve issues using a company-internal knowledge base
- Work with London and Ukraine teams
