In the beginning, we offer you to work on a project for one of the largest European automotive OEMs. The project includes the design and development phase of embedded software for electronic control units in cars, as well as related tools and frameworks.

The JavaScript Engineering Team is responsible for the development, integration, and validation of multiple Middleware applications and services for the client’s current and future car generations. We work in the areas of remote software updates, telematics and connectivity, contextual systems, and application platforms.

Requirements:

    • 5+ years of proven project experience in software engineering
    • Expertise in JavaScript and TypeScripe
    • Expertise in NodJS, NPM
    • Good knowledge of Linux internals
    • English – Upper-intermediate (speaking and writing)
    • Experience in Automotive, C++ (11/14/17 standard), YAML/zuul/CI – would be a nice to have

Job Responsibilities:

    • Implement, extend and support the JS platform solution for automotive middleware
    • Take part in customer requirements analysis
    • Contribute to the design and development of new features and services
    • Participate in the analysis, diagnosis, and troubleshooting of the complex parts of an automotive software system
    • Cooperate with other teams to follow up on issues resolution
