Through our engagement, we contribute to our customer in developing the end-user modules’ firmware, implementing new features, maintaining compatibility with the newest telecommunication and industry standards, as well as performing analysis and estimations of the customer requirements.

Required skills
Experience at least 2 years as a Test Lead and 4 years of relevant experience in Software Testing
Management of the testing team with more than 3 employees
English – at least upper-intermediate
Good knowledge of software testing methodologies and techniques
Good knowledge of STLC/SDLC
Good knowledge of Linux, including configuration and system internals
Experience in working with and creating software testing-related documentation, including test plans, test cases, and test reports
Experience in testing processes setup and improvement, testing team development
Working experience with Jira/TFS, Confluence, Zephyr/MTM/TestRail
Good communication skills
Desired Skills
Experience in testing or integration of the embedded systems
Experience in testing/development of Android-based systems
Experience in testing/development of navigation systems
Experience in CI tools (Jenkins, Bamboo, etc.)
Experience in GIT

Facilitate testing process establishment and maintenance
Be responsible for all testing aspects of the project
Define the Test Strategy
Create the testing documentation (Test Plan, Test Reports, Test Design Specification)
Estimation, planning, and controlling testing tasks
Review and Approve Test Cases
Test results review, reporting to PM and customer
Defects review, analysis, and prioritization
Communicate with the Customer on testing issues
Assure that work products related to testing meet established quality criteria
Establish, collect, and analyze testing process performance indicators and quality metrics
Communicate the progress and effectiveness of the test effort to PM mentioning any blockers from whatever side
Assess project team members’ skills and compliance with their roles’ responsibilities
Monitor team members’ performance, report issues to PM
Organize and conduct team meetings
Conduct 1×1 meetings
