Requirements

Experience using AI-assisted development tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, GitHub Copilot, or similar.
Good experience with C#, .NET Framework, .NET 8, WPF, T-SQL, Git, and related technologies.
Understanding of software architecture principles and ability to follow established architectural guidelines.
Experience with code refactoring and improving existing code maintainability.
Knowledge of tools such as Azure DevOps, InstallShield, MS SQL Server, and Git.
Experience with .NET Core, ASP.NET Core, Entity Framework, and Telerik is a plus.
Experience writing unit and integration tests.
Experience supporting application modernization or migration to newer .NET versions.
Experience working with development pipelines.
Good knowledge of modern development patterns.
Analytical skills that support solving technical tasks and reaching product goals.
Clear communication, both verbal and written.

Job responsibilities

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and maintain Windows desktop software.
Work with Architects, System Engineering, and senior developers to align implementation with the intended architecture.
Participate in refactoring activities to improve application performance, maintainability, coding standards, and existing flows.
Support migration efforts, including upgrading to .NET 8.
Write unit and integration tests.
Follow cybersecurity protocols and best practices to support the security and integrity of healthcare data.
Utilize WPF for desktop application development, enhancing user interfaces and user experiences.
Apply Agile development principles to deliver quality software on schedule.
Collaborate with team members and participate in continuous learning and improvement.
Participate in architecture design and technology discussions involving in-house and third-party software solutions.
