Description:
Join GlobalLogic, to be a valid part of the team working on a huge software project for the world-class company providing M2M / IoT 4G/5G modules e.g. to the automotive, healthcare and logistics industries. Through our engagement, we contribute to our customer in developing the end-user modules’ firmware, implementing new features, maintaining compatibility with the newest telecommunication and industry standards, as well as performing analysis and estimations of the customer requirements.
Requirements:
Should have 4 to 6 years of experience in Python/Django Microservices application developement
Implement new application features for our Python-based microservices with high quality, as well as, our Django system.
Participate in Scrum ceremonies to scope and plan features
Support our SDLC through code reviews and support of our Quality processes
Participate in and contribute to technical design discussions
Write clean, maintainable code, and read code created by others.
Ensure code adheres to standards for accessibility, scalability, usability, security, and performance
Provide technical guidance and assistance to other developers
Strong focus on solution recommendations and work collaboratively with customer dev teams
Guide development team to implement the solution
Preferences:

Job Responsibilities:
Experience with Object Oriented Programming
Strongly held beliefs about the importance of code test coverage, proper doc strings, and linting standards
Experience with Python – MicroServices, Django, PostgreSQL
Experience with Python and a major relational database.
Experience with version control and understanding of version control concepts.
Experience writing APIs
Ability to communicate effectively with team members
Ability to prioritize security and privacy
Ability to independently manage time and priorities while meeting deadlines
Ability to build, configure, and maintain a local development environment
Ability to write unit tests in Python
