This unit drives strategic business intelligence, data visual analytics, and operational reporting across global and regional compliance operations.

Requirements

Power BI Mastery: 2+ years of dedicated commercial experience architecting and developing Power BI solutions in enterprise environments (Financial Services or Banking preferred).

Job responsibilities

Dashboard & Report Development: Design, build, and deploy enterprise-grade Power BI dashboards, paginated reports, and interactive analytics solutions to support compliance officers, risk managers, and executive leadership.

Complex Data Modeling: Build and optimize scalable semantic models, star/snowflake schemas, and complex DAX measures/calculated columns to analyze large compliance datasets (e.g., AML alerts, transaction anomalies, model performance).

AI & Analytics Integration: Collaborate with AI/ML engineers to incorporate prediction outputs, LLM-generated narrative summaries, and risk-scoring metrics directly into Power BI visual reports.
