Requirements:
- Hands-on experience in SW projects delivery
- 3-4 years of Project Management experience in IT area
- Experience managing 20-30 FTE or several projects in parallel (or Scrum Master with experience managing 2-3 big teams (20-25 FTE in total))
- Strong understanding of SDLC, different SW development methodologies, processes and tools
- Strong understanding of the release management process
- Strong manual QA experience is expected or may be a plus
- Proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget and timeline
- Strong communication and relationship management skills, sence of ownership
- Strong people management skills
- Experience working with distributed teams
- Upper intermediate English level
